Agriculture futures open trading lower on CBOT
The Associated PressAgriculture futures traded lower Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery fell 31.5 cents to $7.455 a bushel; December corn fell 15 cents to $5.495 a bushel; December oats lost 4.5 cents to $3.385 a bushel; November soybeans lost 41 cents to $11.94 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
October live cattle fell 0.3 cent to $1.03 a pound; October feeder cattle added 0.23 cent to $1.106 a pound; October lean hogs gained 0.68 cent to 69.7 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell 0.42 cent to 87 cents a pound.
